In Summery The New York Times article proposed a way to organize your life. The people that got this proposed to them thought it wouldn't work and then they decided to tired the exercise. The exercise in included putting activities down that you and your family do on a daily basis and then rate them.

The family that participated in this activity found that this really improved their happiness, goals, and family life. They wrote this article hoping that others would try it too.

This family tired out an exercise to try to help better manage their lives. They started this about five years ago, and found that it really improved their life. The family decided to try it again a month ago and are loving it.
