Getting the most out of your trip while being savvy.

Picture this a sandy beach with your friends, hitting the slopes, flying across the world to have the time of your live with friends. The travel bug is real and when you have a love for travel but, you are in your early 20's it can be hard to find the founds.
When it comes to the travel sector, In 2015, 82 percent of millennials took a vacation versus 75 percent of all U.S. consumers. Traveling is becoming a necessary part of life to be able to gain new experiences, explore and learn about yourself.
If you are going to be a frequent traveler you need to learn the in and outs of travel learning tips and tricks on how to be budget conscious and savvy.
Tips and tricks
1. Pack light and always bring a towel.
2. Bring a smaller suitcase.
3. Go to the local grocery store to buy food instead of going out.
4. Rent an VRBO or airbandb instead of a hotel to save money.
5. Don't fly Direct.
International Travel
If you are planning international travel in addition to those tips and tricks make sure you have all updated travel and health documentation. When you are traveling internationally according to a New York Times article, it is always important to have a first aid kit along for the ride for traveler precaution.

1. Alcohol swabs and liquid disinfectant solution
2.Bandages: Adhesive bandages, gauze, tape, blister pads and bandage rolls
3.Topical creams: Antibiotic ointment, anti fungal ointments, hydrocortisone cream
4.Oral rehydration solution for diarrhea or dehydration
5.Tweezers

When you have a love for travel you have to be on top of the planning to be savvy. My hope is that these list tips and tricks are helpful for all savvy travelers.
Great article you have here Kayla. I really like the layout of this with different things splitting up the words and sections. Something else that was really nice was all of the statistics you included to help back up your research. And going along with that the links you had to learn more. One thing I would add is some pictures to have your eye look at something colorful. You have a lot of things you could pull pictures for. I would look over your section titles to make sure they are all capital to match the format. I feel this was a really good topic to write about for our age range because everyone wants to travel but money is important. So once again great work keep it up.
